Marbella Club Hotel Golf Resort

Santa María Golf Club
Santa María Golf is considered to be one of the best looked after golf courses on the Costa del Sol. It prides itself in being situated between small valleys of pine trees and cork oaks, and less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches in Marbella.
The first 9 holes were designed by Antonio García Garrido and the course soon became one of the favourites for a large number of golfers, many of which decided to become Members.
The second 9 holes inaugurated in November 1996, were designed by the technical team of the Club. At present, experienced and also beginners, consider it one of the best courses in Marbella.
The course offers players a challenging game in an environment with views to the Mediterranean Sea and forested mountains. The Clubhouse is an impressive Spanish Cortijo of the 19th Century with two floors and is surrounded by extensive gardens.

Los Naranjos Golf Club
 Los Naranjos is a typical Robert Trent Jones Sr. design with generous fairways and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. The greens, with Penn A4-grass, are spacious and slightly undulated. The tees are long and have four markers: red, yellow, white and black with course lengths starting from 5.131 metres and reaching 6.532 metres at its longest. Since the opening in 1977, Los Naranjos has been the host of several mayor competitions, including the Spanish Open, and is ranked one of the best golf courses in Spain. In 2005 and again in 2008 Los Naranjos was voted. Course of the year on the Costa del Sol.

Cabopino Golf Club
Cabopino Golf is located on the border between Marbella and Mijas Costa, opposite the charming little Cabopino Port. The Course was designed by Mr. Juan Ligués Creus, who’s layout presents spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding pine forest.  The Course with 5.170 metres; and par 71 has three par 3’s, two par 5’s and the rest par 4’s. Amongst the many spectacular holes, the par 4, 3rd hole would be the one to mention. The tee box perched on the side of the cliff presents you with a tee shot that has a drop of nearly 80 metres to the fairway, then you face an elevated green protected by a large bunker. Holes 13 and 15 are also attractive, with streams and lakes..

La Quinta Golf and Country Club

La Quinta Golf & Country Club, is located in the Golf Valley of Marbella, in an area of exceptional beauty between the sea and the mountains. It has an exclusive club, a private 27-hole course, an academy, a restaurant and a shop.

The Rio Real golf course was designed by the legendary Javier Arana, considered to be the best Spanish designer of all time.
Located in the most prestigious area of Marbella, just 5 minutes from the city centre, this golf course opened in 1965. The golf course runs alongside the Rio Real River, from which it takes its name, and forms an integral part of the course, right up until it reaches the Mediterranean Sea.
 Its design makes it a spectacular course. With 18 holes (par 72) and more than 6,000 m in length, the Royal Spanish Golf Federation (Real Federación Española de Golf) considers it to be a prestigious golf course and one of the best in Spain, both for its layout, as well as it unique beauty. The course has a wide variety of different species of trees: Pine, Palm, Casuarinas, Olive, Cypress, etc. which make it the ideal place to play golf, both on foot and in golf carts.
Thanks to its Mediterranean climate, one can play all year around, with seafront holes and spectacular views.

Monte el Paraíso Club
A nine-hole par-three course, located two minutes away from the centre of Marbella, in the direction of the mountains, features beautiful sea views. It has carefully manicured fairways and wide greens. The holes range from 71 to 149 metres, with the third, fourth and fifth presenting most difficulties. Its layout winds around hills, lakes and slight slopes, while the installations are complemented by a putting area and clubhouse.
